Fake Profile season 2 brings Camila Román back into a dangerous web of lies, fraud, and deceit. The new season of the hit Columbian series on Netflix gives the stripper a shot at a normal life with her husband, David.

However, she instead starts fantasizing about Miguel, aka Fernando, who had earlier tricked her after making a fake profile on a dating app. As Camila is lured back to her ex, she gets into a messy situation.

Camila's Fate in Fake Profile Season 2: Details Explored

Camila is alive and well at the end after going through a tough time. Throughout the season, the stripper has to endure various challenges, including a stalker who turns her lover, a doctor who becomes obsessed with her, and a revenge-seeking serial killer.

But, it all ends well as she reunites with Miguel, hoping for a happily ever after. At the start of the season, Camila tries to move on with her life by marrying David. However, she is not able to let go of her feelings for Miguel, who has been stalking her since their break-up.

Miguel eventually wins her back by being persistent, and she breaks things off with David. The decision pulls Camila back into Miguel’s complicated world. Meanwhile, she seeks therapy to work on herself and sort out her emotions.

To her dismay, the therapy ends up causing more troubles than solutions. Her therapist, Dr. Duval, turns out to be a twisted man who becomes obsessed with her. He secretly records their sessions and later reveals he is working with Angela, who happens to be the serial killer.

Things get even more dangerous when Duval’s obsession takes over him, and he kidnaps Camila. He takes the helpless woman on his yacht and tells her about his feelings, while also confessing to colluding with Angela for the murders.

Fortunately, Miguel sneaks onto the yacht to save her and gets into a physical fight with Duval. While the violent altercation continues, Detective Indira, who has been investigating Angela and Duval, arrives just in time. She shoots Duval, saving both Camila and Miguel.

The couple then has an emotional reunion and starts a new life together. However, though Camila survives the events of Fake Profile season 2, her future still looks uncertain. Angela has managed to escape the authorities and might want to come back for her ex-husband, Miguel.

She already despises Camila and blames her for her divorce. Considering how threatening Angela is, Camila might get into another trouble in the future if the series is renewed for a third season.
