Recently, Reacher fans have been left surprised and rolling on the floor laughing as Alan Ritchson takes up an entirely different avatar while engaging in an amusing conversation with well-known YouTuber Joshua Horowitz on his show called Happy Sad Confused. In the exclusive interview, we see a funny side of Reacher and how he follows in the footsteps of his Blue Mountain State: The Rise of Thadland character Thad Castle.
The conversation starts with the host welcoming the Reacher star and expressing his love for the show. As the host is about to ask Ritchson something related to Reacher Season 3, the 42-year-old star promptly stops the interviewer and asks a rebound question:
"What keeps you up at night? You know like what bothers you most about the world?"
He then engages with Joshua Horowitz, jokingly, and eventually stuns his fans with a prop he addresses as "Jack Reacher's Reacher" - a reaching equipment to pick things up.

Lee Child's Jack Reacher is a personality known for his immense strength, presence of mind, an overall cold and stoic appearance as well as unique, savage one-liners. On the contrary, it is honestly difficult to witness him with the "funny button" on!
In a recent encounter with YouTuber Joshua Horowitz on his Happy Sad Confused episode, the Reacher star took up an entirely different persona and made his fans go crazy with his sense of humor. After engaging with the host on what makes him stay awake at night between "climate change" and "hard to reach things", Ritchson makes up a funny story from his real life.
The Reacher star describes how he was once watching TV and relaxing but did not have the remote close to him. As mentioned by him (in what appears to be quite a sarcastic rendition):
"I'm trying to relax with little TV and the remote is like maybe 30 ft away. My reach is, what like, 25 ft."
To this, Joshua makes fun of him only to get trolled back - undoubtedly what we witness is quite a well-crafted exchange of words filled with elements of humor. Soon after, Reacher spills the beans on how he got hold of his remote and jokingly makes a prop reveal - "Jack Reacher's Reache".
The tool has a long handle with a button on the tail that controls the front part, quite similar to how a pair of forceps is used. As described by the Reacher lead, his 'Reacher' has an "ergonomic handle" and a "rubberized jaw". Reacher even tries to pick up bottles and apples on the set of Happy Set Confused using his newly revealed equipment.
The best part of the conversation is that whenever a Reacher question is thrown at Alan Ritchson, he starts doing something funny and brings out a side of him which fans have not witnessed in a while. Even when asked about how many potential seasons Reacher can have, Ritchson jokingly replies:
"I don't want to answer any of those stupid questions."
The verbal one-on-one reaches a turning point when host Joshua sarcastically makes a revelation to Ritchson about the equipment, saying:
"This has been around for decades."
We see Reacher taking up a sad face and neatly demonstrating his acting skills, just to re-emerge with two "Reachers" this time saying:
"Focus on this Josh. Two Reacher's Reachers!"
