As seen in the finale of Deceitful Love, Elia confesses his true feelings for Gabriella and she chooses to forgive him. The miniseries comes to an end with the family celebrating Gabriella's birthday with Elia as her partner. Despite several unresolved past issues, Nico and Stefano accepted Elia as a family member.
