Shark Tank investor and entrepreneur Kevin O'Leary joined Logan Paul on his podcast IMPAULSIVE in 2022. The O'Leary Ventures founder enlightened the YouTuber and his crew about the best and worst deals on Shark Tank, his diet rituals, and many other topics.

During their conversation, Kevin expressed that sometimes founders on the show do not take rejection the way they should. While he acknowledged the emotional toll of being turned down by the sharks, he also emphasized that founders should be prepared to handle it.

Kevin also disclosed that on the set of the show, the production team arranges for a psychiatrist to be available because, more often than not, the founders struggle to accept a "no" from the sharks, which can create challenges for the producers. However, Kevin did not hesitate to share that he is known as the "mean" one because he bluntly tells founders that their "idea s**ks."

Speaking about how founders deal with rejection, Kevin O'Leary told Paul:

"We should give you support but you know you got to deal with it. if you're an entrepreneur you got to deal with failure. I said that at the beginning when we start talking that's what matters."

On Logan Paul's podcast, shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary revealed the truth behind his on-camera rivalry with fellow shark Barbara Corcoran. While fans might have found Kevin and Barbara locking horns and fighting over deals, it's all part of the show's dynamic. Off-camera, the two sharks are quite close and often tease each other.

Chiming in about the same, Kevin O'Leary shared that when the cameras are rolling, they can debate a deal for hours, "barking at each other" because Barbara and Kevin sit beside one another. However, these hour-long deals and negotiations are usually edited down to just a few minutes, showcasing only a part of it for television. While they may not always agree on the show, they are good friends.

He told Logan Paul:

She's great. We're both great cooks. We meet up at her place. You know, it's fun to have Barbara cook for me, it's fantastic. I like her family. We hang out all the time, our crews work together all the time. She looks at things differently. She's not into numbers she's into emotion."

Shark Tank Season 16 airs on Fridays on ABC.
