MCU's Daredevil: Born Again Season 1 premiere is finally here with a double-episode feature where Charlie Cox's Daredevil will be reintroduced to the world.
Daredevil, a popular MCU character, was adapted for the small screen for a Netflix series, which was canceled in 2018. However, the popularity of the character revived the series, which premiered on Disney+ on March 4.
Led by showrunner Dario Scardapane, the reboot will see Cox reprise his character as Matt Murdock.

Daredevil: Born Again had a double premiere on March 4, 2025, on Disney+. This means Episode 1, titled 'Heaven's Half Hour,' and Episode 2, titled 'Optics,' are now available to stream on the network.
Since this is a Disney+ exclusive show, no other streaming options are available at the moment. You can either go for Disney+'s ad-supported monthly plan at $9.99 or the ad-free subscription, which costs $15.99 monthly.

Cast and characters of Daredevil: Born Again
Charlie Cox will reprise his character of Matt Murdock/Daredevil from the Netflix series. After the Netflix series, Cox also appeared as Daredevil in Spider-Man: No Way Home and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.
Matt Murdock is a blind lawyer who lives a double life, a lawyer fighting injustice in New York by the day and a masked vigilante by night. Daredevil: Born Again will explore a renewed sense of purpose in Cox's character.
Vincent D'Onofrio will also reprise his character of Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, a supervillain in MCU comics. D'Onofrio underwent a major physical transformation for his role in the Netflix series, and according to the actor, his size will also come into play in the reboot.
Cox's Daredevil will get a new love interest in the reboot as actress Margarita Levieva will play Heather Glenn, a therapist.

The official synopsis of Episode 1 reads as follows:
Longtime rivals Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk attempt to move past their darker personas to serve New York, but their pasts resurface, reintroducing the world of Daredevil.
The synopsis for Episode 2 states:
Matt Murdock gets a new client who's more than he claims to be. Fisk learns the power of optics.
Matt's Daredevil persona will be forced out of the shadows after a harrowing event, where he will fight against Wilson Fisk again.
In an interview with Screen Rant, Cox explains their rivalry with each other and how audiences will be submerged in it in the premiere:
"I think that they both hold power over one another, and that power, on both sides, is undeniable. One of the things that Wilson has over Matt is he knows his identity and he can put [out] his life in a whole new way."
