When a mysterious message that simply read “7 AM PT” occurred, fans knew that the Daredevil: Born Again trailer would soon hit our screens. The wait is over as the trailer is finally out, bringing back Charlie Cox in his iconic role of Matt Murdock/Daredevil.
Another notable character in Daredevil: Born Again is D’Onofrio's Kingpin, and his intention with the hero is already generating buzz. The trailer opens with Matt Murdock thanking Kingpin for making time, to which he replies:
"Well, I will admit... It's not entirely unpleasant seeing you again."
He explained to the blind lawyer that a lot of time had passed and showed his sinister reactions during the conversation. The upcoming TV series will dive back into their complex and fraught dynamic, with Murdock staying true to his goal of fighting for justice, but the former mob boss is shifting his focus to political ambitions, aiming for greater power.

Who will appear in Daredevil: Born Again: New and old characters explored
Daredevil's reboot for Disney+ was confirmed in 2022 at the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC), followed by Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige's revealing that the series will have a whopping 18-episode first season, but later it got reduced to just nine episodes.
Now that the first trailer is out, anticipation is high among fans as they wait to see how the new characters contribute to the intriguing story and who's returning from the previous show. Here's every major character set to appear in Daredevil: Born Again TV series:
Matt Murdock: Being the focus of the series, how can we not mention Charlie Cox making his way back as Daredevil after years of waiting?
Wilson Fisk: As mentioned above, Kingpin is now a mayoral candidate in New York City. Vincent D'Onofrio's comeback in the new series was confirmed during Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Frank Castle: Another intriguing character is Jon Bernthal's Frank aka Punisher. The actor played the lead in The Punisher TV series, in which he's seen digging deep into a conspiracy after the tragic loss of his family.
Karen Page: Deborah Ann Woll's Karen Page is another character from The Punisher who's retaining to the screen in the Charlie Cox starrer TV series.
Foggy Nelson: As depicted in the Marvel comics, Foggy Nelson is an important figure, best known as the closest pal of Matt Murdock. In Daredevil: Born Again, Elden Henson reprises his role in the Daredevil series.
Vanessa Fisk: Actress Ayelet Zurer has been associated with the role of Wilson Fisk's wife, who's also returning to play the same character.
While the above-mentioned cast members are playing their previous roles, Daredevil: Born Again will also excite fans with a few new characters:
White Tiger: Though the character's exact details remain undisclosed, considering the trailer, this is the Hector Ayala version of White Tiger.
Muse: Viewers will also witness a psychopath murderer called Muse, who also appears in the trailer.
