Dancing With the Stars is back again after being on a break for a week this Tuesday. The show celebrated its 500th episode on November 12, 2024. However, this episode turned out to be an elimination right before the semi-finals.
The show has been going on for 32 seasons and on September 17, 2024, they aired Season 33 on ABC and Disney+.
The episode got a kick start by Beyoncé’s Crazy in Love. This song holds a beautiful memory for the show as back in 2005, this was the song that launched Dancing With the Stars.
This performance included the stars of this season, Derek Hough (one of the judges), Julianne Hough (co-host), and Sharna Burgess (Season 27 champion's special appearance).

Episode 500th of Dancing With the Stars
After starting the celebrations with the special performance by Derek, Julianne, Sharna, and others, the remaining couples started with their routine performances. All the stars performed different styles with their twists. The performances included Contemporary, Quickstep, Argentine Tango, and Viennese Waltz.
The co-host, Alfonso Ribeiro also remembered late judge Len Goodman on this occasion,
“And of course, we all dearly miss our original head judge Len. But his spirit lives on in the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy that all of our couples are competing to lift in just two weeks.”
Instant Dance Challenge on Dancing With the Stars Episode 500
Later, to fans' surprise, this year's pros were also put to the test with the return of the "Instance Dance Challenge." This is when each couple is given a song and a dance style five minutes prior to their live performance.

Who Got Eliminated in Dancing With the Stars Season 33 Episode 500?
After combining judges' scores and audience votes on contestants' routines and Instant Dance Challenge, Dwight Howard and Daniella Karagach, with a total score of 48/60 got eliminated from the show.
Upon getting the news, Dwight said,
"I had an amazing experience."
He also called Karagach "an amazing partner."
Karagach added to this and said,
"A lot of people said we couldn't do it, and we did it. And for me, that's a win."
