One such incident was between cast members Josko and Vanja after the latter opened up about a secret video filming incident. During 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Tell All Part 3, Vanja revealed that Josko took a "video" without her knowledge.

During 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Tell All Part 3, Vanja revealed:

"Without my knowledge, he took a video of us while were being intimate. Without my conscent, without my knowledge, violated my privacy, my body, so unacceptable and he thought it was okay cool thing to. He was proud of himself for doing it."

While fellow cast member Niles and Vanja's former connection Bozo were shocked, Joe asked her how she learned of it. She said it was Josko who told her "right after."

90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star, Niles called out Josko and asked him:

"What made you think she was gonna take it very well? That's not something you should be doing."

However, Josko mentioned that they "talked about it before." Later in the episode, the host asked Josko to confirm if he did what Vanja accused him of. He said he did film her.

When Niles told him he should not have done such without Vanja's consent, Josko agreed. The host asked Josko if he had "deleted" the video and deleted it from the cloud, to which he answered affirmatively.
