It did not happen as Beverly was "very sick," which the other female participants learned later in the episode.

However, as the replacement for Grant's date with Beverly, the show featured a group date with cast members, including Litia, Dina, and Sarafiena. They went to Vanderpump Dogs, where Lisa Vanderpump arrived and guided them for various tasks. It included dog bathing, grooming, walks, and more.

After their time there, Grant Ellis invited Litia for a one-on-one romantic dinner date.

"My mom is from Idaho. She’s white. And my dad is from Fiji. They fell in love and they got married, and they had me. And when I was three months old, my dad passed away in a car accident," shared Litia.

The female participant referred to her mother as the "greatest example" of strength and resilience. She also stated that she was missing her mom and how hard it was to be distant from her family.

Seeing how Litia was missing her mom, Grant FaceTimed her mother and talked for some time. During their conversation over the video call, he thanked Litia's mother for raising such a daughter.

Grant Ellis and Litia's date ended with The Rose. The duo also enjoyed a slow dance outside the string quartet. After everything was said and done, Grant told the cameras that, after spending time with Litia, she could be his "wife."
