Has Netflix renewed Virgin River for Season 8?

No, Netflix hasn't greenlit the Virgin River for Season 8 as the makers are currently working on the upcoming Season 7. However, Benjamin Hollingsworth, who plays Brady teased discussions saying (Via Popternative):
"I just had a conversation with Sean [showrunner], and obviously, we need to be renewed for season eight, but he’s already thinking toward that."
The actor added:
"As long as it’s engaging and people are wanting to watch more of it and come back, that’s the overall goal."
Additionally, actor Tim Matheson (Doc Mullins) said in another interview (Via Dexerto):
"I think it’s bright and it could go on and on. Netflix loves it. It’s a show that can get ratings that more expensive shows also get but at a small percentage of the cost of those big shows."
Even though season 8 isn't confirmed, the fact that internal talks are happening suggests that Netflix is at least open to the idea of extending the series beyond season 7. As for the plot of a potential season 8, we'll have to wait for the upcoming season in which Mel and Jack will be back as a newlywed couple.
