When she was just a young girl, her parents died in a mysterious accident. This tragic event left her searching for answers throughout her teenage years. Trained to suppress her emotions, Diana often feels trapped in her shell.

Her only emotional escape is her sister, Sara, and her niece, Adele. They are her family, her strength, and, at the same time, her greatest weakness. Diana's life demands her to be tough and cold, yet she yearns for the freedom to live without so much internal conflict.

Matilda is known for her roles in The Undoing (2020) alongside Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant and in Rose Island (2020), a popular Italian film.

Maurizio Lombardi as Ettore Zani

Ettore Zani is the patriarch of the Zani family and the founder of Manticore Italy. He’s a stern, powerful man with a sharp intellect. Ettore’s ambition led him to make risky choices, especially during the fall of Citadel when he tried to outmaneuver other agencies.

Unfortunately, his plan backfired, leaving the Italian branch of Manticore in ruins and punished by Manticore Europa. For the past eight years, Ettore has focused on surviving.

He regrets many of his past decisions, but his hunger for power still burns beneath the surface. He’s just waiting for the right moment to retake control.

Maurizio is known for his roles in The Young Pope (2016) and The New Pope (2020), where he acted alongside Jude Law.

Julia has starred in Serial (Bad) Weddings (2014), a popular French comedy, and its sequels.


Thekla Reuten as Julia Zani

Julia Zani is Ettore’s wife, who is originally from the United States. Their marriage was arranged as a business deal between Julia’s family, who were steel magnates, and the Zanis, known for their weapons manufacturing.

However, over time, Julia truly fell in love with Ettore, and their marriage grew into a real family with the birth of their two children. Julia played an essential role in advising Ettore, especially when he helped establish Manticore Europe.

She is smart and focused but was part of Ettore’s ill-fated decision, which almost destroyed their family. Now, Julia acts as a mediator, trying to ease the growing tension between Ettore and their son, Edo.

Thekla has been in international films like The American (2010) with George Clooney and Warrior Nun (2020).

Matteo Spadaro is the Manager of Manticore Italy. He’s a tough, no-nonsense leader who believes the only way to maintain control over his agents is by keeping them under constant pressure.

Matteo’s background in the secret services made him a hardened man, once lost in rage and anger. Ettore Zani gave him a sense of purpose, opening his eyes to a bigger mission. Now, Matteo is deeply loyal to Ettore and owes his new life to him.

Daniele Paoloni is known for his work in Italian cinema and smaller European films.

The rules of Manticore don’t mean much to him—he’s determined to take control of everything, even if it means betraying those closest to him. His alliance with Cécile is an illusion, as he’s secretly plotting to outmaneuver her and take over Manticore Europe.

Bernhard is a well-known German actor who has appeared in A Most Wanted Man (2014) and Sense8 (2015).
