MTV concluded The Challenge All Stars: Rivals Season 5 with its finale episode. It featured various challenges, including:

After finishing all four tasks, Adam and Steve earned 24 Stars and won, while the runner-up pair, Da'Vonne and Shane, won 23 Stars. Frank and Sam won 16 Stars in third place, and Melissa and Nicole secured last place with 13 Stars.

After the winning pair was announced, The Challenge All Stars: Rivals host, TJ Lavin, announced one last "twist." Adam and Steve were sent to different rooms and offered a choice. It was to predict their partner's choice: steal the prize money or split it.
