The Reunion episode of Love is Blind: Germany revealed which participants were still together with their respective partners and who parted ways. One of the couples who got engaged in the social experiment was: Shella and Pascal. However, they parted ways during the vacation part of the show, at the retreat.
Referring to the couple ending their engagement, the male host said, it was "really sad" to see. Pascal said recalling the proposal,
"Otherwise I wouldn't have picked her in the pods. I think that Shella was probably the person, the only person, that managed to do this. I can't imagine anybody else saying anything or acting any other way that would make me propose."
Love is Blind: Germany Reunion: Shella and Pascal share their views on parting ways during the social experiment
During the reunion, the hosts asked Shella how she felt about parting ways with Pascal; she mentioned she was "hurt badly." Seeing Pascal at the reunion, a year since the incident, she noted that it was "rough" for her.
"It's rough seeing you again after a year. Yeah, it's hard," shared Shella.
Love is Blind: Germany host Christian Wackert recalled Pascal's letter during the show's blind dates phase. The letter mentioned how he felt about Shella. Since he was not very good at sharing his feelings and opening up, he wrote a letter to tell Shella what he felt about her.
Pascal then faced a question regarding Shella and her strong feelings for him. The male host asked him if he understood "how strong" Shella's feelings were for him at the time of calling off their engagement.
Pascal said he understood her feelings, so he chose Shella to be his partner in the social experiment.
He mentioned that Shella was "probably" the "only person" he felt he could propose. Listening to him talking about Shella and how she was the "only person" whom he felt "proposing" to, she asked him:
"But was sit just like that because I was your last option? Or would it have been that way if you would've had to pick between multiple options?"
Love is Blind: Germany star referred to other potential connections that Pascal might have had on the social experiment during the blind dates.
Replying to that, Pascal mentioned:
"I had...I don't rememer for how long, three dates. But you were already my number one at that point."
The female host then asked Shella to describe her "feelings" for Pascal and how "strong" they were. Shella confessed that she thought "people were able to tell" that she had a "tough time" expressing her feelings.
However, she added, with Pascal, she "felt like" she could do it. That was the reason why she "picked him."
Fans must remember how Love is Blind: Germany star Shella had another potential connection, Fabio, during the blind dates phase. He confessed his feelings for Shella, but she chose Pascal to move forward on the show.
