Shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary has a simple philosophy to look good in your 70s, and that is to take care of your body in your 20s. Mr. Wonderful is a big supporter of a healthy lifestyle and taking care of oneself. From taking care of one's sleep cycle to putting on sunscreen when one is getting out in the sun, Mr. Wonderful has some advice for the fans.

For working effortlessly like Kevin, even in the 70s, it is important to restore the energy of one's body and beat burnout. But how does one best the burnout? Well, here is how. According to Kevin O'Leary, the best way to "develop an exercise routine.". To keep one's body fit and functional, exercise is the initial and most crucial move.

During a CNBC interview in 2021, Kevin O'Leary uttered his pearls of wisdom about the same and said:

"Pick whatever that’s going to be — walking outside, riding a bicycle, running on a treadmill,” he said. “Some form of distraction so that you can do something other than work. Your body wants to exercise and it needs to do that, and it has to be something that’s done on a routine basis.”

The Shark Tank entrepreneur wants people to avoid eating junk even if they are having a busy work life. Rather than resorting to eating fast food, it is better to take a little time out to look after what one is eating throughout the day. He said during a CNBC interview:

"The tendency to eat crap when you’re working 18 to 20 hours a day is very, very high. If you really want to be top performing and not get caught up in burnout, food is the most important factor.”

Kevin O'Leary also promotes the idea of taking some time to just be idle and do nothing. He calls it "white space," where one does not get involved with anything related to work. According to Kevin, a combination of eating healthy, exercising, and taking time for oneself could help one to tackle burnout.
