Frida discovered the dark truth about the Island in Blink Twice
At first, it looked like a perfect place with everything Frida and Jess would need on their vacation. However, with time, she realizes that the island isn't normal as the guests are seen taking mind-altering drugs soon after enjoying extravagant luxuries.
Frida noticed dirt getting inside her fingernails and strange spots appearing on her dress and then vanishing by themselves. Later in Blink Twice, Jess gets bitten by a snake. Startlingly, Slater and his guests didn't seem to have been bothered and assured that she'd be fine.
Following the incident in Blink Twice, Jess starts telling Frida that the island isn't what it looks like and something is awfully wrong at the place. However, Frida dismissed her concern until Jess went missing, injecting Frida with fear and suspicion about Slater and his place.

Frida is then offered a green-colored liquid by a housekeeper who frequently shouts "Red Rabbit." The cocktail waitress finds out that the drink given to her friend was snake poison.
As she digs deep into the mystery, Frida discovers the truth behind a perfume used by women on the island. Struck by a horrifying realization, Frida witnesses a woman having no memory of Jess, as if she was never present.
As the mystery continues in Blink Twice, Frida uncovers the biggest dark secret of Slater King and his island. Frida learns that women on the island are regularly drugged at night, allowing men to assault them. Since they are given mind-altering drugs, the women wake up with no memory of being r*ped by the men.
