Paramount+, Peacock, and Starz have all slashed prices for Black Friday sales and cost 75% less than the usual subscription prices.
Paramount+, the home of shows like Tulsa King, Mayor of Kingstown, and all the Showtime catalog, is now costing only $2.99 per month through Prime Video for the first two months, instead of the traditional $12.99 per month.
Peacock, which hosts popular series like Yellowstone and Based on a True Story, along with NFL Sunday Night Football and Premier League soccer, is offering a yearly subscription at $19.99, down from $79.99.
At the same time, Starz, which is currently airing Outlander season 7, can be availed for only $2.75 per month via Prime Video in place of $10.99. However, the deal is valid for only the first two months after you purchase the subscription.
ESPN+, DIRECTV Stream, Sling TV, and FuboTV are also providing significant discounts
If you like to watch live television and sports on a streaming app, Black Friday is the perfect time to sign up for such platforms. ESPN+, which streams live sports like F1, NHL, and PGA tour, has dropped its price from $119.99 to $99.99 per year during the holiday.
Live television streamers have also slashed their prices considerably as DIRECTV Stream is down to $94.99 per month from $114.99, Sling TV is costing $20 per month instead of $40, and FuboTV is charging $49.99 per month in place of $79.99 after a seven-day free trial.
AMC+, Hallmark+, and MGM+ cost $2 or less
Fans of The Walking Dead franchise are in for a treat as AMC+ is giving a 75% discount on subscription, costing $1.25 per month for the first two payment cycles. Christmas is also around the corner, and what better way to enjoy the festival than watching holiday-themed films on Hallmark+?
Hallmark+ is offering the first two months of subscriptions at $2 each. MGM+, the streamer featuring original hits like From and Billy the Kid, can be availed at $1.75 for the initial two months. All these three services need to be subscribed via Prime Video to enjoy the discounted rates.
Discounts on British Streaming Platforms
Streamers focused on British content are also offering huge discounts when availed through Prime Video. BritBox, the streaming service by BBC and ITV, costs only $2.25 for a month during the Black Friday sale.
Meanwhile, Acorn TV, the go-to place for detective dramas like Whitstable Pearl, The Chelsea Detective, and The Brokenwood Mysteries, can be subscribed for $2.00 per month for the first two months.
PBS Masterpiece, which houses period dramas like Grantchester and Sanditon, can be availed at $1.50 per month for the initial two installments.
Apart from the above platforms, some streamers are offering discounts on bundles. The Disney+ Bundle with Hulu and ESPN+ is charging $16.99 a month, down from $31.97. The Disney+ Bundle with Hulu and Max is also costing $16.99 a month, instead of $29.97.
