"Bittersweet": Beast Games Player 947 reacts to being one of the Top 10 players on the game show

Beast Games Season 1 Episode 8, 'Betray Your Friend For $1,000,000,' revealed the Top 10 Players for the finale. After the participants had returned to Beast City from the previous challenge, they all shared how they felt.

Players recalled "thousands" of players in the initial stages of the game show. They also showcased the individual houses that they had been assigned to and shared how they felt "empty."

Beast Games Player 947 (Yesenia Hernandez Jaime) shared:

"Being in the city now with only ten contestants is bittersweet. I lost a lot of close friends."

Beast Games Season 1 Episode 8: Top 10 Players open up about being finalists in the game show

After returning to the Beast City, Player 424 (Courtney Ferris) told the cameras:

"Being in the city, it's just dwindled to literally nobody."

Beast Games Player 831 (Jeffrey Randall Allen) shared that "literally" hearing the echo in the city was "wild." He added that there were ten of them. He mentioned that the "beautiful thing" was that there were "ten amazing people."

"You literally can hear your voice echo. It's wild. There's ten of us. The beautiful thing is, there's ten amazing people. I have some solid, solid, good friends and alliances still in the city," he stated.

Player 453 (Michael Robert House) shared that he was in "The top ten" and that he didn't "regret" anything.

Player 566 (JC) shared excitement for being in the Top 10 and recalled being on the "chopping block" alongside player 817 (Queen.) He also mentioned that Twana (Player 830) saved him.

Twana shared with the cameras:

"Today was...I have no words. It was very emotional. We all lost people that we've cared for, that we liked..."

Further in the episode, a few of the top ten participants wandered around the city and mentioned the latest updates. Twana mentioned how the numbers were removed from various parts of the city. She also showed how there were new numbers on the two buildings.

Another participant showcased a mysterious box in the middle of the Beast City. The huge box was covered to keep the upcoming task details hidden from the participants. Player 974 (Gage) shared that the top 10 participants had individual houses for themselves in the Beast City.

Beast Games Player 424 (Coutrney), shared that she didn't expect all the changes in the city after returning from the previous challenge. Fellow participants also commented on getting their "own little houses" and how they didn't need to share bunks with anybody.

Jeff mentioned that providing separate houses signified that they were "no longer" a team. He added that they were "alone" in the game, and it was "very ominous."

While showing her house, Twana mentioned that it was "crazy." She mentioned how there were "thousands of people" and how there were only ten participants left on the game show.
