During the latest Love Island: All Stars Season 2 episode, Samie revealed an incident involving Luca and how he sent her a direct message. The recently joined bombshell mentioned that when Luca DM'd her, she was heartbroken from her previous relationship. That was the reason why she didn't reply to Luca.

However, later on, she noticed that since she didn't reply to Luca, he deleted the message he had sent her. After learning about that, she felt "bad" for not replying to him earlier.
