Season two of Sylvester Stallone starrer Tulsa King has picked up right from where it had left off in the first season. This season had already promised the viewers that it would be better and bigger than season one and the showrunners are keeping their promises.

With the introduction of new characters, writer Terence Winter and creator Taylor Sheridan have ensured that Tulsa King Season 2 is more intense than the previous season.

While the premiere had introduced two new antagonists, Cal Thresher and Bill Bevilaqua, there is a new addition to Dwight's gang which is already a fan favorite. The character is Bigfoot, played by Mike ‘Cash Flo’ Walden.

Bigfoot is Mitch’s cousin and he perfectly fits the slot that Dwight's gang was lacking - an intimidating and cool henchman and enforcer.

Why is Bigfoot such an important character in Tulsa King Season 2?

There are multiple reasons behind Bigfoot being one of the most compelling characters in Tulsa King Season 2. Even with the introduction of villains like Cal Thresher (Neal McDonough's) and Bill Bevilaqua (Frank Grillo), Bigfoot, with his personality and character traits has quickly stolen the show.

He’s a cool henchman who prefers to be called ‘Bigfoot’ than by his real name, Michael. Despite being a muscle man, he has philosophical depth, as he talks about the psychology of being hired muscle.

Besides being a massive guy with an even better personality, there are other reasons behind Bigfoot’s instant connection to the audience.

For one thing, his character has a lot of potential. With his appearance, Dwight can use Bigfoot any way he likes, including intimidating his enemies, taking control in tough situations, or simply for his safety and protection.

Moreover, the fight scenes in Tulsa King season 2 can now be bigger and better since in all probability Bigfoot will be involved in them. Besides the physical opportunity that Bigfoot provides, his personality can also give the storyline new directions with humorous philosophical punches.

Will Bigfoot affect other characters in Tulsa King Season 2?

While starring only in one episode, Bigfoot has already started making Tulsa King more engaging. His threats to his enemies can now be perceived as more literal because breaking a skull is not that much of a job for Bigfoot.

Besides enhancing the show, the introduction of Bigfoot has also the potential to improve the other characters in the show. Since Bigfoot is a one army man for the gang now, characters like Grace and Fred, who previously served only as enforcers, can now stand out more than they did in Season 1.

Grace had a promotion to the post of ‘cannabis concierge’ and Season 2’s premiere shows Fred joining the main group to attend the benefit dinner. This shows how Bigfoot is not only impressive himself, but his character is helping others to shine.
