Employer POV: Poor leadership or unclear expectation, Ignored concerns snowballing over time, Toxic work culture driving public exits."

"You better pay attention to what's going on with your staff, because you [evoke] so much emotion that these people have collectively started saying 'I don't care what happens to me out publicly, This place sucks.' And I think that's absolutely amazing."

While chiming in on "loud quitting," he also mentioned the possibility of "loud replies."

He said that such a way of quitting one's job could also receive "too much attention" and how it can negatively affect an individual's future.

"If you do it too much, and you get too much attention over it, and it's not a bad place to work, I think you hurt yourself in the process," shared the Shark Tank investor.

Further, Daymond John stated that this way of quitting from specific companies can also lead to legal complications. He talked about employees getting "sued for slander" for quitting in such a public way.
