Hulu's fresh Brazilian romantic comedy series Benefits With Friends is all set to release on February 12, 2025. The season premiere will feature two episodes of the series. Ahead of its release in Valentine's week, Hulu has dropped the official trailer.
Created by Matheus Souza, the coming-of-age series deals with modern-day love and friendship. The series delves into the lives of best friends — struggling actress Bia (played by Bruna Marquenzine) and Victor (Sergio Malheiros).
Directed by Rene Sampaio and Matheus Souza, the summary of the romantic comedy on the official YouTube trailer page reads:
"Bia and Victor are best friends. While he lives in a relationship that has gotten boring, she has fleeting relationships, without believing in love. But no matter what stage of life they are in, their friendship seems unshakable, until Bia meets Marcelo and believes she has found the right person"

A breakdown of the Benefits With Friends trailer
The trailer opens with a weeping Bia who is dumped on her date. When she is comforted by her best friend Victor, her weeping face suddenly turns into a snarly laugh and her voice in the background says:
"This is me now after another breakup."
The scene shifts as Bia explores her love life with different people. She voices:
