Netflix premiered Battle Camp on April 23, 2025, featuring 18 participants. The ninth episode of the reality show featured Kyle's elimination, followed by tension between Chase and Trey.
Lorenzo, Chase, and Polly won the first individual nighttime challenge. For the punishment, Shubham, Nick, and Trey were chosen, with the latter winning. The ninth episode ended with a double elimination. Nick was eliminated after the first spin of the Wheel, and the episode ended before the second spin results could be revealed.
Netflix describes Battle Camp Episode 9 as:
"It's every camper for themselves. The remaining players race through their first nighttime challenge and cast their last elimination votes."

The ninth episode of the Netflix show, Fanning the Flames, started with Kyle's elimination. Chase was unhappy about the elimination. After that, eight participants remained in the game: QT, Chase, Trey, Shubham, Lorenzo, Nick, Polly, and Georgia.
The next morning, though Trey and Chase voted for Kyle, who was eliminated, there was tension between them. Chase was unhappy about Trey convincing Polly to vote against Kyle, even though he had also voted for Kyle.
Trey put on the makeup to lighten the atmosphere, wore a female outfit, and transformed into "Tray-cey." Soon, there was an announcement about the upcoming individual challenge, which will start at sunset.

Participants had to race in a kayak across the lake. They will return after grabbing the supply bag containing a fire-making kit. There were three types of kits:
"The catch is, the quality of the supplies depends on how far you're willing to paddle. There are four bags on the closest platform containing flint and steel, so you can spark a flame old-school," said the host.
A little further, four bags contained matches, and the furthest bags contained fire-lighters. However, the last one would become the farthest round trip to return to the base. The top three finishers will win, and their name won't go up the Wheel. They will also get to decide the punishment for the losers.
After losing his oar, Nick went for the Flint and Steel bag, which was the nearest. Shubham, QT, and Trey also chose the same. Lorenzo and Georgia got the bags with matches while Chase and Polly went for the farthest bags.
Lorenzo was the first to light up his fire and set his flare. Chase and Polly were the next ones.
"Lorenzo, Chase, and Polly, congratulations. All three of you are off the Wheel for now," said the host.
Battle Camp Episode 9: Punishment, last voting, and a double elimination
The next morning, Polly, Lorenzo, and Chase went to the Hut to decide which campmates would be punished. They chose Trey, Nick, and Shubham.
"Your punishment is called Just Hold On. Cling to a hanging rope for the longest time, or see your name on the Wheel," the announcement declared.
Shubham was the first to let go of the rope. Soon, Nick also couldn't stay on the rope for much longer. Trey won the punishment task. Participants were asked to cast their votes for the last time.
Later that night, everyone gathered with the show host, Taylor Lewan, for the double elimination. First spin of the Wheel chose Nick. He became the 10th campmate to be eliminated from Battle Camp. The ninth episode ended before the result from the second spin could be witnessed.
Fans can now stream all ten episodes of Battle Camp on Netflix.
