Deon Cole's Average Joe season 1 finale has been a huge point of discussion among fans. Since the first chapter ended with two major cliffhangers, BET+ has renewed Average Joe for season 2.
In the first season, Joe Washington (Deon Cole) finds himself in the most unordinary situation after his father's funeral. His life was limited to being a blue-collar worker until his unexpected introduction to the underworld and confrontations with high-profile mobsters.
Following his father Teddy's funeral, Joe finds himself tied to a chair and discovers that his daughter's boyfriend Dimitri is actually the son of a Russian mobster who was searching for Teddy.

Did Cathy die in Average Joe season 1?

Did Joe succeed in killing the Russian mob in Average Joe season 1?
