Yes, the director Noah Hawley, in an interview during The Emmy Awards already revealed to Deadline that the Xenomorphs will change depending on who is the Host.

"There's something about seeing a Xenomorph in the wilds of the Earth with your own eyes, that is truly chilling. But you gonna see that and lock your doors that night." He added, "I wanted to engage more with the creature, bring some of my own thoughts to its design while not touching the silhouette. But some of the elements purely depend on whatever the host is. "
