As a result, dozens of people die and the town is in chaos as the majority of the people run to save their lives.
The smoke emitted from the giant gates causes all plant life to rapidly decay, resulting in the Real World turning into a replica of the Upside World. With Hawkins facing a major threat, the city will see military intervention, aided by some of its residents and our heroes who stand up to face Vecna.
