Judging from the history of Emmy Awards post-The White Lotus releases for the last two seasons, there is a high chance that the 2025 Emmy nominations, as well as the wins, will be dominated by The White Lotus Season 3 cast members. The HBO drama considers itself to be an ensemble of actors without any leads; there are usually no entries from the show in the lead categories at the Emmy Awards. The entire cast enters and dominates the Supporting Actor/Actress and Guest categories, according to the past two releases.
It's unconfirmed if this will still be the case for the HBO show this Emmy Award season since some of the characters feel more central than others. However, The White Lotus still cannot be considered a sure-shot winner for the Emmy Award nominations, as it has quite a lot of tough competitors, including but not limited to Severance and The Last of Us Season 2, which is set to release in April.
Nevertheless, here are all The White Lotus Season 3 actors that can get nominated for Emmy Awards this year.
Probable Emmy Nominations from The White Lotus Season 3

The White Lotus Season 3 finale on April 6 finally brought the eight-week-long series to a dramatic end. The HBO drama and its cast are bound to have a demanding presence in the 2025 Emmy nominations, which won't be announced until July 15, 2025. The number of slots for the supporting drama actor and actress categories, where the entire White Lotus cast is usually found, will not be announced until after all the submissions are considered. However, the number will most probably be eight.
If history is considered, the 2023 Emmys featured nine actors from Season 2 nominated for the awards, with one winner. Jennifer Coolidge (the winner in her category), Simona Tabasco, Aubrey Plaza, Sabrina Impacciatore, Meghann Fahy, F. Murray Abraham, Will Sharpe, Theo James, and Michael Imperioli landed the nine nominations. Here are the possible actors who might land the nominations this year.
Carrie Coon as Laurie Duffy in The White Lotus Season 3

The last episode and Laurie Duffy's 'I have no belief system' monologue have skyrocketed Carrie Coon's chances of winning an Emmy nomination and maybe an award too. Ever since the finale premiered, Laurie's monologue on friendship to her two friends, Kate, played by Leslie Bibb, and Jaclyn, played by Michelle Monaghan, as their trip comes to an end, has been among the top highlights of the episode. This says something about an episode that was full of dramatic twists and revelations. She must be grateful to be at this table as well. Her character experienced beautiful growth throughout the season, and her performance might just get her her first Emmy award after two nominations for The Gilded Age (2024) and Fargo (2017).
Aimee Lou Wood as Chelsea in The White Lotus Season 3

At the beginning of the season, when placed against all the other characters from The White Lotus Season 3, Aimee Lou Wood would not have been a part of this list. She would have come off as flighty and superficial, but Aimee took Chelsea's character and its growth to new levels with her brilliant portrayal. Her depiction of the emotionally vulnerable Chelsea, who believed in love, loyalty, and spirituality until her tragic, ill-fated end alongside Rick in The White Lotus, was commendable, making her a fierce contender for the Emmy nominations.
Patrick Schwarzenegger as Saxon Ratcliffe in The White Lotus Season 3

It is not a surprise that Patrick Schwarzenegger is a great actor, but his capability of bringing about heartfelt reactions from viewers about a character who was basically a rich douche and stalker at the start of The White Lotus Season 3 has cemented his strengths as an actor. The character's growth and introspection, paired with his 'look of longing' to Chelsea in the finale, has put him forward in the race for Emmy nominations.
Walton Goggins for Rick Hatchett in The White Lotus Season 3

The troubled character could not have been better portrayed by anybody except Walton Goggins. His portrayal of a character who does not know how to express his emotions to one who lets his guard down in front of Chelsea and has emotional breakthroughs has probably guaranteed him a role on the Emmy nominations list for 2025.
Jason Isaacs for Timothy Ratliff in The White Lotus Season 3

The patriarch debating whether to poison his whole family to save them from a life without money is not a role that is easy to play. Nevertheless, Jason Isaacs has somehow managed to nail the lorazepam-troubled father with some of the deepest emotions in the series. So, there's a high probability that Jason Isaacs will also be on the Emmy Nominations list.
There can be even more actors, such as Tayme Thapthimthong for Gaitok or Natasha Rothwell for Belinda, among others who could end up on the Emmys nominations list. We'll just have to wait until July 15, 2025, to find out who dominates the Emmy nominations list from The White Lotus.
