The episode then jumps three years later, when Billy is determined to find out about his past and where his powers come from. Three years later, Billy is shown, having figured out that the wooden piece is a sigil.

He also confesses his love for his boyfriend, Eddie, and tells him that he died in an accident years ago, and when he came back, he was different. Billy tells Eddie that he is not William Kaplan, at least not entirely.

Billy figures out the red bubble was an anomaly crash that involved witchcraft, and the car crash he was in also happened at a similar time. To learn more about his past, he and Eddie meet someone Billy found on Reddit, who he says was there in Westview when the hex fell.

The person he found on Reddit is Ralph/Randall/ Pietro. For those who don't remember, Ralph Bohner used to live in Westview and was trapped in WandaVision's sitcom.

Agatha Harkness controlled him to pose as Wanda's brother, Pietro Maximoff. He now goes by the name of Randall. Returning to Agatha All Along, Billy finds out through Randall that he is one of many people trapped in Wanda Maximoff's desired sitcoms, like reality.

Since Billy can read minds, he reads Randall's mind, which is desperately hoping that Billy doesn't ask about Agatha Harkness. This leads Billy to ask Randall about Agatha Harkness, who he finds out is an ancient witch who ruined Randall's life.

Randall mentions that Agatha made him a bad influence on Wanda and Vision's kids. Billy finds out that Wanda and Vision had twins named Billy and Tommy. One of the twins was a speedster, and the other could read minds.

Billy also finds out that Wanda is dead. Vision was used by S.W.O.R.D for parts, and their kids disappeared. After returning home, Billy connects Wanda, Vision, and their kids and the drawing or sigil on the small wooden block.

Billy contacts Agatha Harkness to survive the witches' road and find his brother, Tommy. Billy breaks into Agatha Harkness's house, but she catches him as Agnes is now a detective.

He releases Agatha from being trapped as Agnes has a spell. Billy introduces himself to Agatha as William Kaplan, but she discovers he is Billy Maximoff. He lies to her, saying he wishes to go on the witches' road as he is missing power.
