Adolescence was unveiled at a Netflix U showcase in early 2024 and is a four-part one shot crime drama starring Stephen Graham of Bodies and Boiling Point fame. Best known for his roles in front of the camera, Graham also serves as a writer on the show, along with Jack Thorne of The Virtues, Help, and This Is England fame.

Actor Hannah Walters, Graham’s professional partner and wife, said,

Also, working with Philip Barantini (Boiling Point, Malpractice) is, of course, always an incredible experience - and a marriage that we know works beautifully."

Warp Films' CEO, Mark Herbert also added,

"The collaboration of talents behind Adolescence is exceptional. With Stephen Graham, Philip Barantini and Jack Thorne leading the charge, expect an ambitious one-shot crime drama like never before."
