What to expect from Abbott Elementary Season 4 Episode 2?

Abbott Elementary Season 4 Episode 2 is called 'Ringworm.' That certainly will be a more interesting aspect of the new relationship between Janine Butler and Gregory Summers, given that their relationship has indeed been confirmed.

There was a slight intimation in the premiere that complicated relationships would also be featured as they go about working with some members of the staff. Now, viewers can see how the couple manages this new romance at work.

Given what has been witnessed in the previous episodes of this series, one can almost be sure to see some hilarious misunderstandings and embarrassment.

Janine's reluctance to fully get into a relationship with Gregory-by her psychology-since her experience is most probably going to be the central theme mixed with Gregory's increasing doubts about Janine's coldness to the relationship.

Just as with the pilot, the rest of the staff members are already in on their affair. The premiere recap by TV Line points out how Ava, the unstable principal of the school, tried to bring much-needed comedy relief to the story when she brought on board an HR representative to deal with the matter.

Fans can expect more funny moments from Janine and Gregory as they try to maintain professionalism in their personal life with the meddling nature of Ava.

A brief recap of what happened in Abbott Elementary Season 4 Episode 1

The Season 4 premiere of Abbott Elementary, 'Back to School,' finally gave fans what they were waiting for - confirmation of Janine and Gregory's relationship. The episode began with Janine saying that she and Gregory had agreed to just be friends, but, as the audience already knew, that was far from being the case.

The two are dating, but only Jacob knows officially. Though the rest of the teachers, such as Barbara, Melissa, and Ava, know it very well.

The pot was stirred successfully by demanding an HR meeting, and then, through a momentary lapse of judgment, when Janine spilled the beans to her colleagues that she and Gregory were more than friends, the cat was well and truly out of the bag.

Alongside this romantic subplot, the episode also threw in a new student, Abbott Elementary's first-ever white pupil, courtesy of the construction of a nearby golf course. The teachers are naturally baffled and entertained by this turn of events, but Mr. Johnson is comedic in suggesting that the school is under audit.

International viewers can also access past seasons through the website Disney+, although a concrete timeline for Season 4 has yet to be announced.
