The premiere of Abbott Elementary season 4 has finally brought home a long-awaited development concerning two of the key characters.

While facing HR, Gregory wants to come clean regarding their relationship status. Janine is apprehensive that total honesty might lead to disaster. The premiere of Abbott Elementary season 4 also sets up the narrative arch that might be there throughout its upcoming 23 episodes.
