This was not their first breakup; the couple has gone through a series of breakups and patch-ups but Rose Vega, Big Ed'd ex revealed during the Tell-All episode of season 8 that Big Ed had been texting her while he was in a relationship with Liz.
Liz Woods decided to side with Rose Vega's revelation as she presented suitable evidence as well. The couple, Liz and Big Ed called off their marriage in 2023. However, Rose Vega and Liz Woods have found a new blooming friendship in each other. Rose Woods has recently launched her skincare product line, and guess who promoted it?
Rose Vega posted a picture of Liz Wood holding her a serum bottle. The picture was captioned:

The 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? couple Liz Woods and Big Ed parted ways reportedly for the fifteenth time but it was their final goodbye to each other. During season 8, the Tell-All episode, the couple bid farewell to each other and did not reconcile after that as Ed believed that it was better for them to completely cut off from each other.
During an exclusive interview with US Weekly in November 2024, Big Ed revealed that he is currently single. He also opened up about his spontaneous engagement with a fan and mentioned that "he didn't regret it. Big Ed also opened up about his separation from Liz Woods and said:
"That’s the only way to break off a relationship. You got to cut it off at the knees, stop all communication and move on. And I think it really helped her to move on, and it’s definitely helped me to move on.”
The 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? stars have experienced a long on-and-off relationship which was full of scandalous revelations like Big Ed DMing Rose Vega, intense moments like Big Ed serving spicy pasta to Liz's daughter, and many more. However, Liz Woods kept on coming back to Ed before finally accepting that they were not meant to be.
Liz Woods found love once again in her new boyfriend Jayson Zuniga, who also joined her during the finale Tell-All episode of season 8. Liz Woods admitted that she had pent-up feelings for Big Ed even after their breakup, however, she decided to move on in her life and shifted to Seattle in June 2024 with Jayson.
Big Ed on the other hand is flaunting his single life and formed a checklist for his would-be life partner. He mentioned during the interview with US Weekly that he wanted someone with:
"Brown-eyed, brunette “conservative” woman with “good morals” who enjoys a glass of red wine.
