While the show will introduce fresh faces, many fans would love to see familiar characters return. Here are five characters we hope to see in Suits: LA.

Characters we would like to see in Suits LA

1. Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex)

Rachel Zane was one of the best paralegals on TV, known for her confidence and determination. Unlike many who relied on family connections, Rachel worked hard to build her legal career.

Though her emotions sometimes influenced her decisions, they also made her more passionate about helping clients. Her relationship with Mike Ross had its ups and downs, and her brief moment of infidelity was a major turning point. However, she remained a strong and independent character.

Seeing her return in Suits: LA would be exciting, but given Meghan Markle's royal commitments, it seems unlikely.

2. Katrina Bennett (Amanda Schull)

Katrina Bennett was one of the most honest and rule-abiding lawyers in Suits. She first appeared in Season 2, but her character didn’t get much depth until later seasons.

Once Amanda Schull became a series regular in Season 8, fans saw Katrina grow both personally and professionally. She was often caught in tough situations, like when Sheila Sazs pressurized her to convince Louis Litt to remove Robert Zane’s name from the firm.

Despite these challenges, Katrina stayed true to her values and eventually became a name partner. Her presence in Suits: LA could add a strong ethical perspective to the new firm.

3. Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman)

Louis Litt started as a jealous and insecure lawyer, always seeking Harvey Specter’s approval. His financial and legal expertise were unmatched, but his short temper often made things worse.

Over time, therapy and life lessons helped Louis become a mature individual. He learned to manage his emotions, build stronger relationships, and earn the respect he always wanted. By the end of Suits, he was a trusted partner and friend. Seeing Louis in Suits: LA, perhaps as a mentor to younger lawyers would be a treat for longtime fans.

4. Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres)

Jessica Pearson was a fearless leader who always did what was necessary to protect the firm. She was known for making tough decisions, sometimes at the cost of others, like when she blamed Harvey for hiring Mike despite his fake credentials.

As the series progressed, Jessica started taking more responsibility for the firm’s scandals. Her spinoff, Pearson, showed her navigating the world of politics, but it was canceled after one season. Bringing her back in Suits: LA, perhaps as a high-powered consultant, would add depth to the new show.

5. Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams)

Mike Ross, the brilliant lawyer with a photographic memory, had one of the most compelling character arcs in Suits. Despite lacking a law degree, he used his intelligence to win cases and prove himself at the firm.

Under Harvey’s mentorship, Mike had to sacrifice personal happiness to succeed. However, as his secret was unveiled, he shifted toward pro bono work, finding his true calling. If Suits: LA needs a skilled, unconventional lawyer, Mike would be the perfect addition.

While Suits: LA will introduce a new group of lawyers, bringing back old favorites could make the show even more appealing. Their presence would not only connect the spinoff to the original series but also give fans a reason to tune in.

With the show set on the West Coast, it's possible that one or more of these characters could make a surprise appearance. Whether it’s a guest cameo or a major role, seeing them again would make Suits: LA even more exciting.
