As The White Lotus Season 3 comes to an end, several questions come to the fore. The HBO series has once again crafted a setting that urges viewers to come up with their own theories. The season finale, set to air on 6th April 2025, will hopefully tie up the loose ends and conclude on a fitting note.

In classic White Lotus fashion, viewers are left guessing until the very end. Suspicion hangs over every character as they keep doing questionable things throughout the series, making it hard to trust any of them. However, among all the mysteries, these are the three most burning questions we are going to dive into for Season 3.

Top 3 Burning Questions for The White Lotus Season 3 Finale

While there are several questions left to be answered in the season's finale, these remain the most pressing ones:

1) Who dies in The White Lotus Season 3 finale?

As with the previous seasons, the central mystery remains: who dies? While a flashback from the first episode of the season hinted at a resort staff possibly being the victim, nothing has been confirmed yet. We see Belinda's son, Zion, praying that his mother has not been shot, followed by a glimpse of a body floating in the water that somewhat resembles a resort employee. There is also a reason for Gary to hurt Belinda if she refuses his offer. However, there is no proof yet that points to Belinda being the one who dies.

Season 3 has followed the lives of certain troubled characters throughout with complicated issues. Hence, it might be Belinda, Timothy, or honestly, any other guest who dies, and only the finale can confirm that.

2) Will the girls' gang survive the vacation?

The seemingly tight-knit trio of girlfriends—Kate, Jaclyn, and Laurie—arrived in Thailand for a much-awaited girl's trip, but do not seem to be the biggest fans of each other. Right from the start, we see them talking behind each other's backs. Kate and Jaclyn gossip about Laurie's divorce, career, and daughter in her absence. Similarly, Jaclyn and Laurie discuss Kate's conservative beliefs when their friend is not around. And Kate and Laurie talk about Jaclyn's not-so-appropriate behavior on the trip, despite being married and for breaking the ''girl code'' by sleeping with Valentin, the man Laurie had been flirting with.

Despite their fondness for one another, they but judge each other at every instance. Although nobody acknowledges it, each of them can guess how superficial their friendship might be at times. Will the girl gang return home as friends, or will their bond be changed forever once the trip ends? This time, we can expect the season finale to answer.

3) Will Lochlan Ratcliff join his sister at the Buddhist Temple?

Of all the characters, Lochlan may have had one of the most traumatizing experiences on this vacation. The White Lotus Season 3 explores his complex relationship with his older brother, Saxon, and their one-time, incestuous sexual encounter. It is revealed that Lochlan also suffers from self-image issues, something that Saxon tries to fix with "advice marked by toxic masculinity. Hence, Lochlan seems to be looking for a break from his family.

The Ratcliff family came to Thailand so that Piper could research a Buddhist temple for her thesis work. However, she later reveals that in reality, she just wanted to check out the place before deciding to move there for about a year. Her mother, Victoria, disapproves of her decision, but Piper seems determined. Lochlan tells Piper that he wants to stay with her and go on a spiritual journey himself. The White Lotus Season 3 finale will reveal if he really goes through with it or not.

The season finale of The White Lotus Season 3 comes out on HBO and Max on 6th April 2025 at 9 pm ET/PT.
