Sci-fi horror series From premiered in February 2022 and has since grown a steady fan base who love the sci-fi elements used in a horror show.
From is mostly about survival. The series follows the residents of a mysterious town who are trapped in this town and are unable to find a way out. While surviving and getting out of the town, the show also introduces mysterious and horrific nocturnal creatures found in the forest that further reduce the chances of these people getting out of the town.
After three successful seasons, the series has been renewed for a fourth season, which will be back on our screens soon. Since it is not yet known when the new season will premiere, we have created a list of 10 TV shows that the fans of From will love to binge on next.

10) 1899

The Netflix sci-fi series 1899 revolves around the story of passengers onboard a steamship, the Kerberos, who are going from London to New York on October 19, 1899.
Just like From, 1899 also depicts sci-fi horror elements when the steamship encounters its sister ship, Prometheus, which set sail four months before Kerberos. Cryptic events such as the appearance of a sole survivor of the abandoned ship and later the occurrences of mysterious deaths puzzle the passengers as they try to survive.
9) Midnight Mass

Midnight Mass is another horror show about survival.
Just like From, the residents of an isolated island struggle to survive after the appearance of a priest who performs miracles with the help of the blood of a nocturnal creature and makes most of the residents drink it, which eventually turns them into vampiristic beings and traps them on the island.
8) The Leftovers

Another show that follows the themes of sci-fi elements and survival is The Leftovers.
The supernatural drama revolves around the lives of the people left behind after the sudden departure, in which almost 2% of the population had mysteriously disappeared. The series focuses on the trauma of the people after the mass disappearance.
The series also depicts the rise of cults after mainstream religions began declining. Through focussing on several characters, the show addresses their traumas, their beliefs, and also their inner demons.
7) Raised by Wolves

Another sci-fi show about survival, Raised by Wolves is similar to From due to their use of sci-fi elements and survival as their core themes.
The show follows Mother and Father, two androids who try to raise human children and create a peaceful society after the earth is destroyed by wars. However, they quickly discover that raising humans is not easy as their beliefs and thoughts are not easy to control.
6) Outer Range

Outer Range follows the theme of mystery similar to From.
While fighting for pasture land with the Tillerson, Royal Abbott discovers a mysterious huge deep hole on his ranch which also coincides with the appearance of a mysterious woman named Autumn who begins camping near the void.
Mysterious events start to occur within the void’s vicinity, such as Royal encountering prophetic visions and also the absurd concept of time existing in a physical form, as the rocks in Autumn’s necklace. The show keeps the fans intrigued with the details depicted in the series.
5) Castle Rock

Castle Rock is the name of a fictional town created by author Stephen King. The series is inspired by many of King’s stories to create a detailed story about the mysterious place.
The series revolves around multiple realities as characters find themselves travelling from one reality to another, disrupting the balance, which prompts the occurrence of several tragic accidents.
Just like From, Castle Rock also incorporated themes of sci-fi, horror, and, above all, mystery and thriller.
4) Yellowjackets

The fan-favorite show, Yellowjackets, follows the story of a group of teenagers who struggle to survive the wilderness after they are stuck there due to an accident.
It also simultaneously shows the impact on the adult version of the survivors as they still struggle with the trauma of surviving the wilderness, which impacted their humanity.
3) Silo

This dystopian series revolves around the people living in an underground silo. To be able to survive in the giant bunker, the people inside have to follow strict rules and regulations that are intended for their benefit.
However, challenges arise when the deceits of political and powerful people are uncovered, leading to new details about the past of the bunker that were kept hidden from the common people living in the silo.
Just like From, the residents in Silo are also stuck in a limited space and are not allowed to leave it.
2) Dark

The German sci-fi series Dark is one of the most intriguing series and a fan-favorite in this genre.
The show revolves around the residents of Winden who discover a mysterious cave that can transfer them to a different period and also has caused disappearances in the town. As the lives of the characters from the past, present, and future struggle to survive in their timelines, the series introduces a heartbreaking end to the protagonists of the series.
1) Severence

Severence is the new popular sci-fi series that has kept fans hooked. The series revolves around the lives of a mysterious biotech company, Lumon Industries, that severs the personal and professional lives of its employees so that they are not distracted by personal problems during their working hours.
While it is said that the procedure is performed with the employee’s consent, several characters try to dig up information about their innies and outies.
Just like From, Severance also uses themes of sci-fi and mystery as the characters struggle to find details about their own company.
