Eugene “Big U” Henley surrendered to federal law enforcement on March 20, 2025, and has accused Wack 100 of working with the FBI against him. In a viral video on X, purported to be the rap executive’s last video before turning himself in to the authorities. Big U blames Wack 100, Loose Cannon, and 600 for revealing details to the FBI that led to the RICO case built against himself, Bricc Baby, Luce Cannon, and others.

Wack 100 replied to the allegations leveled against him in the viral clip. The rap manager dismissed Big U’s claims that he had been spreading legal documents showing the latter’s alleged dealings online. He insinuated that Big U brought the attention of the FBI on himself through his unscrupulous dealings. He stated:

“Ni**a, you could never do nothing better than me, Ni**a. The only thing you could do better than me is to be dumber than me, ni**a.”

Before adding:

“Sh*t ain’t got nothing to do with Wack! It seems to me like I’ve been threatening the paperwork. Wack ain’t said nothing,”

More details on the RICO case against Big U, Bricc Baby, Luce Cannon, and others as Wack 100 insists he isn’t working with federal prosecutors

In a clip shared by Akademiks TV on X, Wack 100 says:

“It’s going to be a bunch of people in jail for a bunch of crimes that have got nothing to do with me.”

The RICO case against Big U and his purported gang was announced by the US Attorney’s office on March 19, 2025. US Attorney Joseph T. McNally, in a press conference held by his office, alleged that the group operated like the Mafia and engaged in extortion, murder, fraud, and robbery.

He also shared details of the case:

"We are here to announce federal charges against Eugene Henley Jr., a career criminal known as ‘Big U,’ who used his contacts and leadership role in the Crips criminal street gang, the entertainment industry, and a youth charity to further his own criminal enterprise,”

Bricc Baby and Luce Canon were arrested as part of the RICO case termed “Operation Draw Down.” Big U turned himself in for arrest later but not before accusing Wack of leaking details about his business dealings to the authorities:

“Wack said 100 times he was gonna take my contracts. He working with the FBI.”

Wack 100 has refuted all the claims made by Big U in a viral video. The talent manager also alleged that Big U had been on the radar of law enforcement for a while.
