Why is Joe Gatto under fire? Impractical Jokers' star gets accused with SA claims by fan 

Joe Gatto, best known for starring in the television series Impractical Jokers, has been making waves on social media after a fan accused him of an alleged s*xual assault.

A TikTok user, @joozyb, posted a video on 21 March 2025 on X, where she says:

''I got s*xually assaulted by Joe Gatto, the Impractical Joker.''

She then goes on to explain that she was at work and didn't know that her story would go viral. She also explains how she was posting about Joe for over a year and messaging celebrities, trying to get her story out to the world.

In the video where @joozyb talks about the s*xual assault, she also talks about idolizing celebrities. She said:

''The people you idolize are not always gonna be good. They're gonna do sh*tty things and they're gonna take advantage of, they're gonna take advantage of people."

She continues:

"I think some of it was my fault''

Implying that she had posted a few proofs of her claims but had not revealed all the details of the assault. She also posted a picture of a bruise, which she claimed she got after the incident. She captioned that picture saying:

''Probably going to get taken down but here's what he did...With his TEETH."

For further context, @joozyb also provided a picture of herself and Gatto from when they met in person.

Other than the picture and the video, @joozyb also shared screenshots of chats between her and Joe. One of those screenshots was a conversation after a meet-and-greet at one of Joe's shows. In that conversation, @joozyb tells Joe that she got two tickets for his show but didn't have any companion to attend with.

Joe replied to her positively, saying that he would leave meet-and-greet passes for her. He said:"So happy you loved it. And sorry I made you cry. Haha

The crying here implies her emotional reaction or happy tears.

Following the above conversation, Joe complimented her saying that she looked good in the picture, to which the TikTok user said:

''Thank you, I think you're the star of the picture tho!''

The conversation ended with Joe allegedly wishing @joozyb an epic night and her replying that she would be drinking and hanging out and wishing Joe an epic night too.

Even though @joozyb shared pictures and screenshots, she didn't mention any details of how or where the s*xual assault took place, and hence her claims remain unverified.
