Jennifer Garner’s boyfriend, John Miller, has issued an ultimatum following recent photos of Garner and her ex-husband Ben Affleck getting cozy with each other.
According to a Page Six source, Miller, a 47-year-old businessman and attorney, “gave Jen an ultimatum” saying,
“he doesn’t want to see anything like that again or he has no choice but to walk away.”
The source continued that he has always been supportive of their co-parenting relationship but this time he felt,
“Ben crossed the line.”
In the photos that were earlier shared by the outlet, Affleck hugs the actress at her waist while she is focused on her paintball target. The two were celebrating their son Samuel’s 13th birthday, which fell on March 2, 2025. They were photographed by the paparazzi at the Combat Paintball Park in Castaic, California.

John Miller is a graduate from Stanford University in California. He currently serves as the chairman of CaliGroup, a technology company that owns the CaliBurger restaurant chain and invests in various tech ventures, according to a report in In Touch Weekly.
In 2017, CaliBurger garnered attention for using a kitchen robot called Flippy, created by Miso Robotics.
“We really think of ourselves as a technology company that happens to sell cheeseburgers,” Miller said in an interview with Fast Casual, as reported by the outlet.
