The conflict between Twitch streamer Pxie and political commentator Destiny (real name Steven Kenneth Bonnell II) has become a legal issue. It started as a personal disagreement but has since grown into a serious case. The situation now involves lawsuits and a restraining order.

Pxie has accused Destiny of sharing private, explicit content concerning her without her permission. She says this act led to the content being leaked online. She also alleges that the incident caused harm to her career and personal life.

Destiny denies the claims and says he is being wrongly blamed. He also shared some of their past conversations online. Both parties now have legal teams and the case is getting attention from the public and online communities.

What caused the conflict between Pxie and Destiny?

As per a report by The Express Tribune, Pxie says Destiny shared private videos of her with another person. Those videos later appeared on public forums, including Kiwi Farms. She says she did not give permission to share those videos. The accusations spread quickly online on January 20, 2025.

That same day, Bonnell responded on his official subreddit, r/Destiny, saying he didn’t knowingly share any of her private content. Earlier, Pxie had posted on X, accusing Bonnell of leaking her intimate photos back in November 2024. She called it "revenge p*rn" and said she planned to take legal action.

According to her, the leak damaged her reputation. She also says the incident has caused her emotional stress. She believes this situation has hurt her ability to work as a political content creator.

Destiny says he did not leak the videos. He claims that Pxie had shared explicit content with him before, including videos of herself with other people. Pxie responded by saying those videos involved her ex and were shared only with consent. She says Destiny is misrepresenting the facts.

What legal action has been taken?

In February 2025, she filed a federal lawsuit against Destiny. The lawsuit says Destiny broke Florida’s cyber harassment and revenge p*rn laws. She is asking for financial compensation and wants the court to stop Destiny from sharing more content.

In April 2025, she also filed for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). The goal is to stop Destiny from releasing more private messages or images. The TRO is part of a request to block Destiny from discussing their personal communications publicly. The document states that:

"A preliminary injunction to i) enjoin Defendant Steven Bonnell II ("Bonnell") from further sharing, distributing or publishing the intimate images/videos and/or the intimate information of Plaintiff; ii) compelling Bonnell to remove all the publications of the Videos and of all the messages between him and Plaintiff from all forms of public media he controls either directly or indirectly..."

It continues:

"iii) ordering Defendant to direct third parties in writing to remove all published intimate images/videos of Plaintiff and any information regarding Plaintiff under their control..."
"The injunction also includes a fourth clause, which is an order directed towards Destiny to stop him from supposedly deleting messages and "destroying evidence."

Destiny has hired lawyer Andrew Brettler, known for defending high-profile clients. Pxie does not have the same resources and is asking her followers to help support her legal costs. The legal process is ongoing.

The conflict between Pxie and Destiny has moved beyond online arguments. It is now a legal case with serious claims. Both sides have told their stories, and both say they have been wronged.

She has taken steps through the legal system to protect her privacy. Destiny has responded by defending himself in court and online. The situation is ongoing and may take time to resolve.

This case brings attention to larger problems, like privacy rights and content sharing online. It also shows how personal disputes can grow into public, legal battles in the digital age.
