The rapper's cousin, Baylo, has made a shocking statement concerning King Von's death. He claims that Von allegedly made it through his second surgery and supposedly regained consciousness in the hospital. Baylo stated that Von even got up from the hospital bed and fought with some nurses while looking for his gun before he finally passed away as a result of "shock."

Netizens have met this recent conspiracy with skepticism, questioning the veracity of the claim.

@AkademiksTV on X refuted the claim by posting an investigative report with the caption:

"The story that King Von's cousin, Baylo, told that Von regained consciousness and made it through his second surgery but passed away from shock after jumping out of bed, fighting nurses, and searching for his gun is completely false. King Von was shocked 5 times and then was pronounced dead at the hospital."

A part of the supposed investigative report of the late Von detailed the process of the rapper's resuscitation till his death announcement.

"The decedent was then transported to Grady Memorial Hospital emergency department via personal vehicle. One there, per RN Brodie, the decedent was observed to have sustained several gunshot wounds. The decedent coded, staff initiated life saving measures. The decedent was moving into the operating room, where he was administered three rounds of epinephrine, and shocked five times with no success. The decedent was then pronounced at 0448 hours by Dr. Stephanie Busby (404-616-4575)."

According to the investigative report, the rapper's death was caused by the numerous gunshot injuries he sustained, and Von didn't regain consciousness during his time at the hospital.

"Per RN Brodie, the decedent sustained five gunshot wounds. Three to his back, one to his Right (R) groin area, and one to his upper Left (L) shoulder. There was no known medical or social history at times of report. Life link was consulted and ruled the decedent out due to tissue damage."
