Termain Williams, more popularly known as Luce Cannon, was among those reportedly arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department in Operation Draw Down. The United States Attorney's Office of California confirmed the arrest of "10 Rollin' 60 members and associates" on March 19, 2025. According to the Office, the arrests were made on the grounds of "drug trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and firearms offenses."

Eugene Henley Jr., aka Big U, is allegedly the leader of the Rollin' 60 Neighborhood Crips gang. He turned himself in after being on the run when the police department "charged" him with potentially running "a criminal enterprise." A new update was shared by DJ Akademiks on his X channel after he claimed to have had a "direct" conversation with Luce Cannon. He (@Akademiks) noted,

"Talked to Luce Cannon directly, he wanted me to let everyone know “Everything isn’t what it seems. We’re going to get this resolved quickly. "

Luce Cannon's alleged update to DJ Akademiks comes after the Rollin Crips' takedown

Podcaster and internet personality DJ Akademiks claimed to have had a "direct" conversation with Luce Cannon following Operation Draw Down. An image shared by DJ Akademiks shows a list of 19 individuals "in custody," including Luce. According to ABC News, Eugene Henley Jr. has been ordered to appear in court on March 20, 2025.

According to the United States Attorney's Office's press release, the Rollin' Crips is a separate entity from the "Big U enterprise." The release noted:

"While the Big U Enterprise at times partnered with the Rollin’s 60s and other criminal elements for mutual benefit, the Big U Enterprise is a distinct and independent criminal enterprise engaged in criminal activity including m*rder, extortion, robbery, tr*fficking and exploiting s*x workers, fraud, and illegal gambling."

Joseph McNally, Acting U.S. Attorney, stated that "the Department of Justice's top priority" is "eliminating gangs and organized crime." He expressed gratitude toward the "prosecutors" and "law enforcement partners."

Additionally, Akil Davis from "The FBI's Los Angeles Field Office" noted that they have been working on the case for approximately "four years." While DJ Akademik's message claims that things are different from what they appear to be, only time and legal procedures will reveal more information.

The United States Attorney's Office of California took 19 individuals into custody as part of Operation Draw Down. According to the police department, the primary defendant, Eugene Henley Jr., is in custody after turning himself in. While DJ Akademiks shared an alleged message from Luce, the source is unclear and yet to be verified.
