Karlissa Saffold, mother of controversial rapper Blueface, believes she is closer to realizing her dream of becoming a mother-in-law to Houstonian rapper Megan Thee Stallion. Saffold, via Instagram Stories, reiterated that her son Blueface would marry Megan Thee Stallion following news that his on-and-off girlfriend Chrisean Rock had begun dating someone else.

Saffold took to Instagram Stories on April 10, 2025, with the caption:

“Now y’all can’t say sh** to me. My son is predicted to marry @theestallion 2026."

Say Cheese reported on X that after posting Megan’s pictures alongside Blueface’s and hinting at a 2026 wedding, Saffold made a video suggesting that the duo would make a perfect couple and perfect babies, too. She also posted that she couldn’t wait to do lunches with her new daughter-in-law.

She tagged Meghan on her Instagram stories, seemingly informing her that Chrisean Rock had moved on and Blueface was almost ready. Karlissa Saffold’s latest antics on social media come after she insisted on an Instagram Live in August 2024 that her son, currently incarcerated for a parole violation, would marry the Savage hitmaker once he got out.

In March 2024, Saffold mentioned her son’s compatibility with Megan Thee Stallion during his prison visit. TMZ reporters accosted her, and she gushed about the female rapper, adding that she’d make the perfect partner for her son. Saffold also wished for her son and Megan to travel the world together. She buttressed her points because the duo’s astrological signs were compatible.

In an October 2023 interview with Hollywood Unlocked, when asked to comment on his mother’s fantasies about him and Megan getting married, the Thotiana rapper seemed to infer that he had dated the latter in the past with the statement: “Been there, done that.”
