British YouTuber and rapper Yung Filly is facing new allegations of s*xual assault in Spain, NME reports. The allegations come months after he was charged with multiple counts of rape and assault in Australia.
Yung Filly's real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos. The 29-year-old internet personality is being investigated by a judge in Palma, Majorca, over allegations that he r*ped a British tourist at a hotel in Magaluf last summer, the Mirror reports.
This comes shortly after the rapper pleaded not guilty in Australia to eight charges, which include four counts of s**ual p*n*tration without consent and three counts of assault. The alleged Australian incident occurred in September 2023, and reportedly involved a woman in her 20s at a Perth hotel, following his performance at Bar 120 nightclub.
The YouTuber and rapper is known for his collaborations with figures like Aitch and Chunkz.
What are the new allegations against Yung Filly?
As revealed by NME, a 20-year-old British tourist has accused Yung Filly of sexually assaulting her at a hotel in Magaluf. She initially reported the alleged incident to the police in the UK. However, the case was later passed on to Spanish authorities.
The woman claims she first met the YouTuber at a beach club where he was performing. Later, she ran into him the same night at a nearby nightclub. She has alleged that Yung Filly inappropriately touched her at the club before the situation escalated.
The alleged s*xual assault took place after the woman reportedly engaged in consensual s*x with one of the YouTuber's friends in a hotel room, according to the Nigerian Tribune. The woman said that she accompanied the man to Yung Filly's room and was then left alone with him. At this point, she was allegedly r*aped by him.
Daily Mail reports that the investigation in Majorca is being conducted behind closed doors. This is reportedly a standard practice in Spain, a country that only allows trials to be held in public. It remains unclear whether the alleged victim has been questioned by the judge handling the case, reports suggest.
The new accusations against Yung Filly in Spain come weeks after he appeared in an Australian court to face multiple charges of s*xual assault, to which he has reportedly pleaded not guilty. The charges include s*xual p*n*tration without consent, strangulation, and assault.
The alleged attack in Australia occurred on September 28, 2025, in a Perth hotel room, following his performance at Bar 120 nightclub. The woman involved has accused that Yung Filly forced himself on her. He was arrested in Brisbane and handed over in Perth, where he was granted bail in October for £48,500, according to the Daily Star.
His trial listing hearing is scheduled for June 13, 2025, in Perth's District Court.
