The University of Georgia sorority student, Lily Stewart has been arrested for the second time, weeks after her smiling mugshot went viral, earning her the nickname, "Miss America."

According to Fox News, Lily Stewart is a sophomore in Alpha Chi Omega at the University of Georgia. On March 8, she was arrested for speeding, and her second arrest came on Sunday, March 23, for obstruction of a law enforcement officer and loitering/prowling.

Per Athens-Clarke County's online records, Stewart was initially booked at 5:26 a.m. local time after the arrest. Fox News reported she posted her $4,600 bond shortly after, and was later released from police custody just before 11 a.m.

In the viral mugshot, Lily Steward can be seen sporting pearl earrings, a blowout, peachy makeup, and flashing the camera a wide smile.

“Everyone’s been asking me, ‘Why’d you smile, why’d you smile?’ I just smile. It was just like an instinct,” Stewart told PEOPLE Friday. “There were cameras up there. I popped my smile and turned to the side.”

She added that her mom, Michelle Stewart, asked her about the photo in passing, saying, “I hope you looked pretty.”

Lily Stewart told People Magazine then that she was en route to a party in Milledgeville, Ga., thrown by a fraternity at Georgia College & State University. She said she was "hitting 85 [mph] in the 55" before a Georgia State Patrol car pulled her over and issued a ticket.

According to Daily Beast, the Georgia State Patrol officer only penalized Stewart with one ticket for speeding for her offense earlier this month, however, the latter has since admitted that it is likely her “fourth or fifth” ticket so far.

She revealed that it was when she began speeding again just minutes later that sent her to the holding cell where men allegedly ogled at her like “some rib-eye steak," she said. When she got out of the station, she rang up her dad, George Stewart, who found the whole debacle amusing:

“This is how I said it: I was like, ‘Dad, think of the absolute worst thing I could possibly do,’” she said. “And he was like, ‘Hmmm spend a bunch of money on my card and make me go broke.’ And I was like, ‘No, not that,’” Stewart said. “‘And he was like, ‘Well, then, you didn’t get in trouble with the law–’ And I was like, ‘Ding, ding, ding.’ And then he laughed and he was like, ‘You got arrested?’ And I was like, ‘Yeah.’”

Reflecting on her newfound fame and her viral mugshot, Lily Stewart told the outlet that she looks "like a basic white girl, and I am,” adding,

“I think it's hilarious. One of them was like, ‘We know she has a monogram rain jacket’ — which I do. There are some beautiful mug shots. I don't think mine's particularly stunning,” Stewart added. “I actually think it's a bad photo of me. If you see me in person, I don't really look the same as I do in that mug shot. I don't think it's a great photo of me.”

Following Lily Stewart's arrest earlier this month, as reported by People Magazine, Morgan County Sheriff Tyler Hooks revealed that she "could have hurt herself or someone else," adding that he hopes she learned her "lesson." He also told People Magazine that the student is acting "like the laws don't apply to her."

"We should never glorify this type of behavior … I hope she doesn't get the attention like she did last time," he said at the time.

At the time of writing, Lily Stewart is undergoing 20 hours of community service, a defensive driving course, and is penning an essay about the perils of speeding.
