More about Virginia Giuffre, her accident and other details

The campaigner and survivor of Epstein's s*x trafficking, Giuffre, is the mother of three who recently separated from her husband, Robert Giuffre. She was married to him for 22 long years. Virginia now lives in Western Australia, near Perth. To put an end to s*x trafficking and to support and empower survivors, she runs a charity known as SOAR (Speak Out, Act, Reclaim).

Giuffre, regarding her charity work, said:

"I do this for victims everywhere. I am no longer the young and vulnerable girl who could be bullied. I am now a survivor, and nobody can ever take that away from me."

The 41-year-old Giuffre took to Instagram and shared a photo of herself showing bruises on her face and stated that she was hit by a school bus. She also mentioned that the doctors have informed her that she has four days to live as she suffered renal failure and shared that this year had "been the worst". Giuffre's spokesperson, Dini von Mueffling, shared a statement with BBC that said:

"Virginia has been in a serious accident and is receiving medical care in the hospital. She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending."

As per details released by the Australian officials to People, an accident between a car and a school bus was confirmed, but they called it a "minor crash". They were unsure if it was the same accident in which Virginia Giuffre was involved. Later, the Western Australian Police, in a statement to People, confirmed a crash that took place after 3:00 p.m. on March 24, 2025, in Neergabby, which is 20 km north of the city of Perth.

According to a Police statement:

"The collision was reported by the bus driver the following day. The car sustained approximately $2,000 worth of damage."

Giuffre, in her Instagram post, also wrote about how serious the crash was that it turned her car into a tin can. In the same post, she talked about her three children and mentioned she wished to see them for the last time. Virginia wrote:

"I'm ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time."

Virginia Giuffre previously claimed that it was Epstein and his former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell who allegedly trafficked her to Prince Andrew and other influential men when she was a teenager. Former British socialite Maxwell was also convicted of child s*x trafficking in 2021 and is currently in prison, serving a 20-year sentence.

Prince Andrew was sued by Giuffre in 2021. The following year in February, both of them reached an out-of-court settlement, however, the amount of the deal remains undisclosed.
