A new complaint has been launched against former John Pelletier amid the Diddy Combs s*xual assault lawsuit. The current Maui police chief has been named as one of the many defendants alleged to cover up the crimes. Pelletier has formerly worked as the LVMPD caption and as per News 3, his work towards s*xual assault prevention has been recognized by LVMPD.

The new complaint alleges that Pelletier was formerly hired in 2018 as security for Diddy Combs. Additionally, the complaint alleges that he "posed as a sheriff in California" and claims "that all defendants" are involved in the "s*x trafficking of plaintiffs." The police chief has not refuted claims of his involvement in the case and has agreed to cooperate with the law fully.

John Pelletier has denied his involvement in Diddy's s*xual assault lawsuits and described it as "completely false." In his statement shared by the Island News, Pelletier talked about his work ethic and noted:

"Throughout my career, I have served with integrity and dedication, and I am deeply disappointed by this request, which I believe to be both premature and unjust."

He added:

"I understand the importance of transparency and accountability in law enforcement, and I fully intend to cooperate with any necessary processes to ensure the truth is known."

He also noted that no one should experience "professional consequences" based on "unsubstantiated claims." He revealed his commitment to his County and expressed gratitude towards those who recognize his "character." He ended the statement:

"Despite this challenge, my focus remains on serving this community and leading the Maui Police Department with the honor and integrity it deserves.”

The refute comes after John Pelletier was put on an "administrative leave" by the Maui mayor. John is among many others alleged to be involved in Sean Diddy's case. Many cases of s*xual assault and trafficking have been registered under the rapper's name since November 2023.

While John Pelletier is among the most recent ones to be involved with Diddy, he has refuted the claims and will work with the County to do the needful. Diddy has been held at Metropolitan Detention Centre in New York since 2024.
