On March 3, 2025, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement deported Jorge Marquez Flores, Joe Exotic's partner. Recently, he had to return to Mexico after serving time for illegally staying in the United States.

"They took him away from me today to deport him 2 days before my birthday. Now you want me to beg you @realdonaldtrump to let me out so I can go save him."
Additionally, he addressed the chances of gold cards and stated,
"I will give you my first 5 million I make to get one of these gold cards if that's what it takes."
The original post has been deleted from Exotic's social media.
However, a day back, Joe shared further updates about Flores's deportation. He wrote,
"For my Birthday the Trump Administration has inherited the Bureau of Prisons in such a mess that no one knows what the hell is going on that they Did NOT deport Jorge. We have 3 more months to work on his asylum case or get Trumps GOLD card. 🙏 Thank you God, Thank you to whoever made this happen@realdonaldtrump"
