Donna Jordan was a YouTuber who was known for her quilting and sewing channel "Jordan Fabrics." She and her husband, Matt Jordan, have been working together as partners for more than 50 years. Donna Jordan's passion is working with quilts and teaching people how to make them.
In the latest YouTube video posted by Jordan Fabric, the "Drop Diamond" tutorial video was cut short at the 11:55 timestamp by Matt Jordan. Matt begins by saying,
"Hi everyone, I’m Matt Jordan and this video will end right here... James (Matt and Donna's son) was never able to put together an ending for it, because unfortunately on March 14 at about 4 in the morning, Donna passed away" Matt Jordan explains.
Matt also shared the reason behind Donna's passing. He explained that Donna had been ill for a few years and recently, she required more treatment for it. However, she passed away at night.

Matt shared his adoration for Donna and shared how he felt about his late wife. He started by saying,
"I just want to tell you that Donna loved what she did. She couldn’t believe that she could make money cutting quilts and teaching people how to make them. It was such a blessing to her and I hope a blessing to you all" - Matt Jordan added.
Donna has also shared about her love for quilting on their official Jordan Fabrics website. She says,
"Like all quilters, I love working on new projects and seeing how they transform into a finished quilt. It brings me great joy to take other quilters on these journeys with me. My hope is that by teaching new and simple methods I can help quilters expand their skills to new levels. Perhaps they will try a quilt pattern that before looked too intimidating. My favorite is when quilters send me pictures of their finished work-it is so inspiring!" - Donna Jordan elaborated.
Coming back to Matt Jordan talking about his wife. He becomes emotional towards the end of the video when he says,
"We will miss her greatly. For me, she was a great wife, a great business partner, a great mother... I’m just so happy and blessed to have her be a part of my life and I hope you all enjoyed her in your life also" Matt concludes.
The YouTube video ends with a series of photos of Donna, including a few of her children and family.
Matt ensures the followers that they will not shut down Jordan Fabrics and that they have more content planned. But for now, the family will be honoring Donna Jordan's memory.
