What did Tory Lanez say about Megan Thee Stallion's attorney's hair? Rapper wants him to be held in contempt for his conduct during trial

If you have been keeping up with the Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion (MTS) case, you would know that Lanez has been sentenced to 10 years in prison. The sentence was based on the charges of negligent discharge of a firearm, carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm, as well as assault with a semiautomatic firearm, three years ago in 2022.

On April 16, 2025, Daystar Peterson a.k.a Tory Lanez and Megan Pete a.k.a Megan Thee Stallion are back in court. This time, Pete's legal team has filed a civil case against blogger Milagro Cooper. However, during this deposition, Stallion wanted the court to take action against Lanez's reaction and responses to Megan's attorney.

Tory Lanez was heard making rude comments about Pete's attorney, commenting on the color of her hair and telling her to brush her hair next time. According to the transcript shared by DJ Akademiks on his X account. It stated:

"Mr. Peterson targeted Ms. Pete's counsel with petty, misogynistic jabs about her hair color and appearance- an act of pure harrassment intended to belittle rather than respond to the questions"

The reason why Tory Lanez appeared in court again on April 16, 2025, is because of a civil case against blogger, Milagro Cooper. According to Megan Thee Stallion, Cooper

"has used her social media accounts to spread defamatory statements, deepfake p**n videos, and outright lies about [Megan] at the behest and command of Mr. Peterson."

During his deposition, Lanez acted unserious and pretended not to understand English words such as "discuss" and "approve". Additionally, he also commented on Ms. Henderson's (Megan's attorney) hair. When she asked Lanez if he had reviewed the documents for the deposition. He responded by saying:

"Did you review the documents on the color of the dye you were going to use for your hair?"

Later in the transcripts, Lanez was seen emphasizing how Ms. Henderson should comb her hair next time, or just use a comb to brush her hair.

"Thank you so much. Just comb it. That's all I ask."

"A comb. A comb. Honeycomb"

"A brush. A Barbie brush"

He can also be heard repeatedly saying

"Bring a comb," every time Ms. Henderson said something.

Because of how Tory Lanez reacted during his deposition, Stallion wants the court to take action against him. She said he should be held in contempt for his actions, which are:

"disruptive, inflammatory, and inconsistent with the basic norms of civil litigation."

Tory Lanez's criminal appeal lawyers have also sent an email saying they will not oppose any contempt charges for the civil case.
