MrBeast might be rebuilding the Mount Rushmore of YouTubers.

Well, not really. But in a video circulating on X, the popular YouTuber can be heard giving his two cents on who he thinks belongs in the beloved sculpture. The post was captioned as:

“We got MrBeast to build the Mount Rushmore of YouTubers.”

The original sculpture features the heads of four United States presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. MrBeast, however, thinks "you can't have a Mount Rushmore without Smosh." He also claimed that Felix, aka PewDiePie should be up there, right alongside his childhood favorite, Ray William Johnson, and himself.

Fans have since begun responding to MrBeast's take with varied sentiments, with some suggesting their own opinions. Here's how one user reacted, for instance:

"Nigahiga instead of mrbeast but his is decent."

The comments didn't end there:

"Ranking yourself is so corny," someone quipped.
"You're missing the point, everything gets easier for the generation that comes after. The pioneers of YouTube had less of an audience to work with, they had no rules, no monetization program. It was harder for them, it's so much easier to get views now then it was back then," another pointed out.
"Love him or hate him, fred deserves to be up there," one more chimed in.
"Smosh and pewdiepie are no brainers," a user concurred.

Here's how the rest of X is reacting:

"Himself as the 4th? he has some ego," one user opined.
"No Ryan Higa is diabolical," another chimed in.
"Swap mr beast with ryan higa and that’s my Mount Rushmore," yet another echoed.
"Mount Rushmore for YouTubers. This is like when Rome started to collapse," someone else quipped.

Users online were visibly teeming with opinions, with many pointing out that Ryan Higa, better known as Niga Higa, should have been up there on the YouTuber's Mount Rushmore.

Here's who MrBeast thinks should be on Mount Rushmore

Reflecting on the impact Smosh had on YouTube back in the 2010s, MrBeast said:

"They were just impactful to this whole platform. They also were pretty impactful for me. I watched every single one of their videos growing up. It's pretty hard to have a Mount Rushmore without Felix," he added, referring to PewDiePie. "He has to be up there. I don't even have to explain that one."

He went on to point out that the veteran YouTuber was the first one to hit 100 million subscribers and "led the gaming scene for so long." He also named Ray William Johnson, noting that he may be biased because he watched him a lot growing up.

"I dont know if this is biased because I watched a lot of Ray William Johnson growing up," he began, adding that "Equals Three was massive. I believe he was the most subscribed YouTube channel at one point, and he had a lot of impact," he said.

For the last place, he named himself.

"I would put Ray William Johnson as the third, and then, obviously, MrBeast as the fourth," the YouTuber noted.

At the time of writing, there are no such plans to construct another Mount Rushmore in place.
