US attorney's office spearheaded seizure of Rollin' 60s Crip, arrested Bricc Baby, Luce Cannon, and others, while Big U on the run

Bricc Baby, Luce Cannon, and others have reportedly been arrested in an “Operation Draw Down” in Los Southern Los Angeles. Eugene Henley Jr. aka Big U, is on the run from law enforcement.

The sweeping operation spearheaded by the US Attorney’s office was announced by the FBI, and other Federal authorities on March 19, 2025. Bricc Baby popular rapper and No Jumps host, and Luce Cannon, another rapper, are reportedly part of a Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips gang.

According to a statement from authorities, the gang was led by Big U, functioned like the Mafia, and engaged in crimes like extortion, fraud, robbery, and murder.

Akademiks TV on X shared an image of what appears to be a collage of photos of 19 individuals presumably, members of or connected to the Rollin’ 60s Crips gang. The US Attorney's office, in a press statement, compared the Big U Enterprise to the Mafia and alleged that the group relied on :

“Stature and long-standing association with the Rollin’ 60s and other street gangs to intimidate businesses and individuals."

US Attorney Joseph T. McNally spoke on the reason for the arrest warrant of Big U in the press release:

"We are here to announce federal charges against Eugene Henley Jr., a career criminal known as ‘Big U,’ who used his contacts and leadership role in the Crips criminal street gang, the entertainment industry and a youth charity to further his own criminal enterprise,”

The US Attorney’s office accuses Big U of shooting rapper Rashawn Williams in the face and abandoning him in the Las Vegas desert. Joseph T. McMallu described the recent arrests and actions by law enforcement as an opportunity to remove unsavory elements from American communities:

“To make our communities safer and rid our streets of these criminal street gangs, including ones operated by violent felons like Mr. Henley, who are posing as savvy businessmen and community leaders but in the end are violent criminals."

Bricc Baby has had run-ins with the law in the past. Hot New Hip Hop reported that the rapper was arrested in 2017 on armed robbery allegations. Bricc Baby allegedly led the police on a car chase before he later surrendered.
